Welcome to Brain Bits 7. Today’s tip is from the excellent book Eat That Frog! by Brian Tracy. 🐸❤️

It’s a really simple yet effective technique, which can help us all to get some traction and progress with the things you keep putting off/are resisting the most.

What I didn’t mention in the video is that this won’t work every time.

Nothing will.

But be sure to be kind to yourself if you don’t eat your frog, and just try again the next day!
